All reservations require full payment at the time of booking.

Rates remain the same throughout the year.

Our rates are based on two adults.

Additional extras in accommodation: adults $15 and additional children $10

Additional extras in powered and un-powered sites: adults $10 and additional children $5

Children: Ages 6 – 18

Infants: 5 and under are free.
Cancellation Policy

bookings cancelled due to COVID 19 restrictions will incur zero fee and be held in credit or refunded in full
- up to 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full* (except public holidays)

7 – 14 days’ notice 20% of rate retained

6 – 2 days’ notice 50% of rate retained

24 hrs or less notice no refund available
- cancellation of a booking which includes a public holiday or special event, will also incur a $36 cancellation fee.
Refund Policy

No refunds are applicable for early departure.

A credit (valid for 12 months) will be offered in the case of management directed evacuation for flood or fire.

No refunds are applicable for inclement weather. It's simply a part of camping. Enjoy as nature intended.
Terms and Conditions
Arrival and departure
Check-in time: Sites 12:00pm & Cabins 2:00pm
Check-out time: Sites & Cabins 10:00am
Particular numbered sites or cabins cannot be guaranteed. A suitable site will be allocated according to the equipment details or bedding configuration given at the time of reservation. Onsite vans are non-serviced accommodation.
Minimum booking periods apply for selected school and public holidays and accommodation. Guest maximums must not be exceeded in accommodation or sites.
Group Bookings We always aim (but can’t guarantee) to place friends and family together whenever possible. To assist in these arrangements please let us know that you are wanting to be with specific others at the time of booking.
Damage loss and liability Management reserves the right to charge guests reasonable damage, repair and additional cleaning costs arising from any misuse, malicious damage or non-compliance of park rules within the accommodation and facilities.
While all reasonable care is taken, Blackwood Crown Reserved Committee of Management disclaims all liability for loss or damage whatsoever arising from your entry to Blackwood Mineral Springs Caravan Park.
Termination of booking
Management reserves the right to terminate a booking agreement for reasons of non-compliance to Park rules or not following specific management directives.
It is a condition of your booking to follow all Blackwood Mineral Springs Caravan Park rules as detailed.
Park Rules
The guest(s) name on the booking is responsible for ensuring all persons staying in / on their accommodation or site adheres to these park rules.
Visitors to the Park Our quaint little park is able to cater for a limited number of people. If you are expecting visitors to Blackwood during your stay, please ensure you meet up outside of the Caravan Park to avoid overcrowding. Maximum on each site is six people.
Vehicles We permit one vehicle per accommodation reservation, and one vehicle and one caravan, camper trailer or tent per site reservation. Any additional vehicles or trailers will need to be allocated an approved parking space prior to arrival.
Bicycles We are a family friendly park where bicycles are permitted. It is essential that helmets are worn at all times. For safety reasons no bicycles are to be ridden after dark. Please keep to roads and tracks and avoid riding through sites.
Speed Limit The speed limit for all vehicles and bikes throughout the park is walking pace only. Guests who need more than one reminder of this limit may be asked to leave the property.
Noise & Respectful Conduct We ask that noise is ceased by 10pm. Drunkenness, loud parties and offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
No generators permitted under any circumstances at any time.
Smoking Non-smoking policy applies to all accommodation, playgrounds and covered areas. Please be mindful of your neighbors when smoking on your site.
Children under 8 yrs. old must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the showers and toilets. The playground is strictly out of bounds after 10pm.
Your site & facilities Please keep your site tidy and use the facilities provided for laundry, discharge of sullage water and rubbish disposal. Please remember that we do not allow ground fires, disposal of ashes or diggings on sites. Please consider others when using the facilities by leaving them in a clean, neat and tidy condition and reporting any damages or misuse to management.
Camp Fires Campfires are allowed in approved above ground fire pits only, must be attended at all times and ashes deposited in the provide ash bins at the end of your stay.
Linen We all love clean crisp bed linen. Linen damaged by campfire smoke and garden debris will raise a fee payable by the registered primary guest.
Dumping Station We do not currently have a dump point in the area. Dumping of cassette waste into our septic system will damage the system and fines will apply. Please use WIKI camps to find your closest dump point on your way in and out.
Dog Friendly (No cats allowed) We are a dog friendly park. To ensure that everyone is able to enjoy their stay, please ensure your dog remains on a leash at all times and has a dedicated human to collect and dispose of his/ her poop respectfully.
Fishing, hunting & prospecting The heritage listed Lerderderg River surrounding the park is protected from fishing hunting or prospecting.
It is a condition of your booking to follow all Blackwood Mineral Springs Caravan Park rules to ensure the peace and enjoyment of all guests.
